Five people have been taken to hospital after a crash near McDonald's in Llandudno.
Police were called to the scene by the fast food chain on Mostyn Champneys Retail Park in Conwy County just before 11:00 BST on Saturday June 18.
North Wales Police said it was aware of speculation "circulating on social media" but confirmed there was "no risk to the public".
The Welsh Ambulance Service said they were called to the scene at 10:52, where they were supported by two air ambulances, before five patients were conveyed by road to Glan Clwyd Hospital.
The court heard the former North Wales Police officer developed complex PTSD due to "institutional trauma".
Lawyers representing Fearon said the way the force handled his complaints left him with complex PTSD.
Det Insp Emma Gardner passed information on to a man who had been a bouncer and accessed logs about him.
Det Con Lee Harshey-Jones has been suspended from duties following an "incident" earlier this month.
