A protest in support of Garvaghy Road residents will be held outside the offices of the Northern Ireland Office in Belfast city centre on Friday.
The planned protest at Erskine House, the British government’s HQ in Belfast, comes as pressure continues to mount of Secretary of State Chris Bryant to intervene in the ongoing Drumcree parade dispute.
Residents of the nationalist Garvaghy Road and Orangemen have been locked in a stand-off after the Parades Commission gave the Orange Order permission to march through the district last month.
Local people are opposed to the parade, which sparked serious violence across the north at the height of the Drumcree dispute in the 1990s, and have maintained a constant presence on the Garvaghy Road for almost two weeks.
Talks to resolve dispute involving Mr Bryant, Garvaghy Road residents and the Orange Order ended last week after the order rejected proposals to find agreement.
Since then Mr Bryant has faced increasing calls, including from British politicians and celebrities, to use his powers to end the stand-off.
The Court of Appeal in Belfast has also been asked to re-examine a decision by a judge to throw out a legal challenge linked to the planned parade.
Previous protests outside the High Court in Belfast have drawn hundreds of people into the city centre while thousands of people attended a similar event in Portadown last weekend.
Garvaghy Road supporters are expected to gather outside the NIOs Belfast HQ at 12.30 on Friday for 30 minutes.
Similar events have been organised for Belfast, Newry and Derry on Saturday.
