Tanridagli will serve a three-year term ending October 31, 2029.
INDIA – Kwality Wall’s has appointed Tahir Tolov Tanridagli as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1, 2026, as the ice cream manufacturer enters its next growth phase following its demerger from Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL).
The company’s board approved the appointment, which is subject to shareholder approval and other statutory clearances.
Tahir is currently a member of the company’s board and also serves as President of the METSA region (Middle East, Türkiye, Africa, Israel and South Asia) at The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC).
In his new role, he will oversee the management and development of Kwality Wall’s India business, with operational responsibilities limited to India.
Alongside the leadership change, the company has appointed Ansu Archana as Head of Supply Chain, India, effective November 1.
He replaces Vivek Sarbhai, who will cease to hold the position and his status as Senior Management Personnel from October 31, 2026.
Archana brings more than 15 years of experience in supply chain and procurement leadership across multinational organisations.
She previously held director-level positions within Unilever’s supply chain organisation and was involved in the demerger of its ice cream business into Kwality Wall’s (India) Limited.
The leadership changes follow Kwality Wall’s separation from HUL as part of the ice cream business demerger. Following the restructuring, TMICC HoldCo holds a 61.91% controlling stake in the listed entity.
Kwality Wall’s India operates a portfolio of ice cream brands, including Kwality Wall’s, Magnum and Cornetto, and is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
