Jakarta, IO – Indonesia’s medical aesthetics industry welcomes a new name with the arrival of MyClinic Jakarta. MyClinic is an established player in the industry. Founded in 2014, the clinic has grown into a network of more than 28 branches across Malaysia, delivering over one million treatments with a patient satisfaction rate of 95 percent.
“Indonesia has significant potential for investment in wellness and medical tourism. At the Ministry of Tourism, we hope Malaysian visitors will not only come to enjoy Indonesia’s beauty but also spend on wellness and beauty treatments here. At the same time, I encourage Indonesians to seek treatment locally rather than travel all the way to Malaysia. Now, MyClinic is in Jakarta, we can help save foreign exchange. Hopefully, MyClinic will expand to other Indonesian cities in the future,” said Rizki Handayani Mustafa, Deputy for Industry and Investment at the Ministry of Tourism, at the opening of MyClinic Jakarta on Saturday (10/10/2026).
Indonesia is not an entirely new market for MyClinic. During its years of operation in Malaysia, the clinic has built relationships with Indonesian customers, including those who travel to Malaysia for treatments and Indonesians living there as regular clients, resulting in the decision to bring MyClinic to Indonesia.
“MyClinic Jakarta marks an important milestone in our journey. Over the past 12 years, we have built the experience, medical standards, and service philosophy that guide every treatment we provide. Now, we are bringing that experience to Jakarta,” said Dr. Hoe Yut Hung, MyClinic’s Founder and Medical Director.
Dr. dr. Taufik Jamaan, Sp.OG, Commissioner of PT Kliniku Sukses Sinergy, said Jakarta was chosen as MyClinic’s first location in Indonesia because it is one of the country’s key centers for aesthetic medicine. “South Jakarta, in particular, is an area where the market continues to grow, with increasingly diverse demand for aesthetic services,” he said.
Consultation at Every Treatment
With its MyClinic Method, MyClinic is bringing an aesthetic care methodology developed through clinical experience and more than one million treatments.
Holding various awards and recognition, the clinic places medical assessment and each patient’s individual needs at the center of its approach. Before recommending a treatment, doctors take time to understand patients’ concerns, current conditions, and desired outcomes.
This process includes assessing skin condition, facial structure, treatment suitability, and product selection. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, MyClinic tailors its treatments to each individual.

“This principle is at the heart of MyClinic’s philosophy: ‘We do not begin with the treatment. We begin by listening to the patient.’ Our personalized approach is also linked to achieving natural-looking results. The goal is not to make every patient look the same, but to help them look fresher and more balanced while preserving their individual facial features,” said dr. Clarissa Nathasia.
With more than eight years of experience, dr. Clarissa is an aesthetic physician with advanced education in Biomedical Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. She also serves as a trainer, sharing her clinical expertise with other medical professionals.
Her approach is rooted in an understanding of facial balance and aesthetics, guided by the principle of “enhance, not alter”—improving a person’s appearance without excessively changing their natural features.
“We are introducing the experience and approach we have developed in Malaysia, to make patients feel properly guided from the start, understand their available options, and receive care tailored to their needs. For us, good results are also about building confidence while still looking like yourself,” she said.
Looking ahead, MyClinic aims to establish itself as one of Indonesia’s leading one-stop aesthetic destinations, with a focus on medical rigor, honest consultations, and natural-looking results. (est)
